RollCall Business Conferencing Signs Letter of Intent for Purchase of Webcasting Technology Firm

RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions, a division of ILD Telecommunications, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has executed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire a webcasting technology firm and its assets. This acquisition will allow RollCall to serve an expanded market segment with its already superior teleconferencing and web conferencing services.

RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions, a division of ILD Telecommunications, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has executed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire a webcasting technology firm and its assets. This acquisition will allow RollCall to serve an expanded market segment with its already superior teleconferencing and web conferencing services.

Upon conclusion of the due diligence phase, RollCall will own and operate webcasting platforms, and continue to invest in new and innovative streaming video-centric products. The acquisition is expected to be finalized October 1, 2009.
