Billings, MT (PRWEB) September 18, 2009 -- New location for the 26th Firearms Engravers & Gunmakers Exhibition by members of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild www.acgg.org and Firearms Engravers Guild of America www.fega.com. Now being held at John Ascuaga's Nugget in Reno, NV. This is the only event in 2010 to see truly fine quality firearms and meet America's best custom gunmakers and firearm engravers.
This year's exhibition is being held in the outstanding convention facilities of the John Ascuaga's Nugget Hotel, Reno, NV, January 22-23-24, 2010. All functions will be in premier convention area on the 2nd floor of the Nugget. The exhibition is open to the public on Friday 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. As in past years, seminars will be held on Monday January 25th following the exhibition.
The Firearms Engravers & Gunmakers Exhibition is a first class presentation of commissioned work by outstanding artisans, not a selling gun show.
Also included will be displays of related items that provide attendees the opportunity to find components and accessories. While some exhibitors may have items for sale, displays remain intact until the end of the exhibition.
Special guest associations and their members complement the work displayed by members of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild (ACGG) (www.acgg.org) and the Firearms Engravers Guild of America (FEGA) (www.fega.com). The Contemporary Longrifle Association (CLA) members exhibiting display the quality art of longrifles and their accouterments. Outstanding knives will be available from members of the American Bladesmith Society (ABS), artists of the all-forged blades, and the Knifemakers Guild (KMG), artisans of custom knives and other individuals specially invited.
This exhibition is truly the place to appreciate what skilled hands can do to metal and wood.
