Costume ideas, Homemade Costumes, How-Tos and a Blog are among the site's features. Visitors are encouraged to show off their costume-making talents by submitting the how-to articles. Other features include costume party ideas, examples of outrageously bad homemade costumes, featured couples costumes and cutest baby costumes.
In keeping with this friendly user-involved theme, Costume Pop announces their 2009 Halloween Costume Contest. Visitors who think that they have the best costume of the year are encouraged to submit a photo of their adult, teen, kids and even pet costumes. While the site will accept all submissions, creativity is key, so they prefer homemade costumes over store-bought.
