Some topics I want to discuss include how coffee is decaffeinated, what constitutes the different teas and some great coffee and tea recipes.

Before Alan Chamberlin founded http://www.SavoryCup.com, he was spending much of his time in coffeehouses.
"I'm a musician part time, so I'm always hanging around at coffeehouses," said Chamberlin. "After helping a friend put together their own web business, I was thinking of starting my own, and then one day I was standing in a coffee shop and the idea just popped into my head."
Chamberlin soon found himself inspired to create an online coffeehouse with all the amenities one would come to expect from the finest brick and mortar coffee shops.
"I wanted to make the website as close to the genuine article as possible, so I started with selecting a wide variety of the best gourmet coffees, including Single Origin, blended organic, Free Trade, flavored coffees and different kinds of tea," said Chamberlin. "Right now I have more than thirty different flavored coffees, and I'm planning to add more soon. That doesn't include the over fifty varieties of Single Origin, blended, organic, Free Trade and espresso coffees, or the over fifty varieties of gourmet loose tea."
Unlike other gourmet coffees and teas, Chamberlin's products are handcrafted and held to rigorous standards for freshness and quality.
"When someone orders gourmet coffee or tea from my website, they're receiving a custom product that is tailored just for them," said Chamberlin. "My coffees and teas don't have expiration dates, they have birth dates. Our coffee beans are roasted fresh for each customer, and our tea leaves are preserved in prime condition."
Because Chamberlin's products receive handmade care, each order is custom, and thus his customers receive a premium one-of-a-kind product each time. In addition to drinks, Chamberlin also plans to expand into coffeehouse candies and desserts to complete his online coffeehouse.
With the addition of a new blog at http://www.GourmetCoffeeChatter.com, Chamberlin plans to share his insights about gourmet coffee and tea.
"Though the website's name implies it's all about coffee, I also plan to talk about tea, cocoa and other hot and cold coffeehouse drinks," said Chamberlin. "Some topics I want to discuss include how coffee is decaffeinated, what constitutes the different teas and some great coffee and tea recipes."
Whether looking for gourmet coffee and tea to perk up in the morning or hot cocoa for the cold winter months, Chamberlin's website is the perfect place to start.
