Bomgar is the leading provider of cross-platform remote control technology that enables support technicians to access any computer securely, at anytime, and regardless of geography, language or operating system.

With Bomgar, Meritide customers get a cost-effective and secure remote desktop control platform that significantly reduces incident resolution, eliminates on-site tech support visits, and improves customer satisfaction.
