InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Spanish Lake, Mo., has designed a tool for operating drain plugs on compressors. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The "Pet. C. Com" could enable a user to open and close drain plugs more quickly and easily. The compact design could eliminate a user from struggling with pliers in order to operate petcock valves in awkward and hard-to-reach places. A user would maintain a secure grip on petcock valve, which would assist in preventing stripping. The tool could make it easier to remove moisture regularly, which would help to extend useful life of a compressor.
The Pet. C. Com would consist of a hand tool, which would be made from wood, plastic, metal or steel. When assembled, the tool would measure five to 12 inches long, two inches wide and ¼ inch thick. The tool can be producible in multiple designs, such as a hexagonal tool, straight adjustable tool and a combo tool. The combo tool would be equipped with a single slot running down the middle to turn a petcock valve.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
