SpecTIR Expands its AISA Distribution Territory

Territory now includes Eastern Europe, Central Europe and Middle East

SpecTIR announces that its distribution territory for Specim's commercial-off-the-shelf airborne hyperspectral sensors, AISA, has been expanded. In addition to being a master distributor of AISA systems for the United States and South America, SpecTIR's territory now includes Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Specim, Ltd. of Finland is a world leader in the development and production of hyperspectral imaging spectrographs, covering the electromagnetic spectrum from UV through VNIR and SWIR, and the LWIR regions. SpecTIR offers sales of the entire line of AISA products, as well as expertise in the form of data collection, training, support, installation, and calibration.

Under the newly executed agreement SpecTIR will partner with Photon, a Croatian-based firm, that will function as a sub-distributor to SpecTIR in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Iran.

Photon is an environmental and mineral survey company with extensive experience in the Mediterranean, Southeastern Europe and surrounding areas. Under this agreement SpecTIR will also offer hyperspectral data collection and analysis within these regions through its partnership with Photon.
