The StagersLIST Expos came out of a need for the real estate/staging industry to understand each other and the challenges in preparing properties for sale. It turns out that Expo workshops help any business because marketing, networking, and the skillsets needed to run a business are universal. The economy fed the need for the Expo to bring it home by being more local in focus and speak to people where they live. The added bonus is that the sponsors derive benefit from forming alliances with local professionals where they live and work. This has proven to be a new paradigm forced by the economy that just may shape the way industries reach out to their members and the public in the future. StagersLIST Expo is poised to continue as the demand is there. The differentiator for StagersLIST Expos is that the events are open to everyone, regardless of previous training, affiliations or industry alliances. Expo attendees are those looking for a career change from other industries and to ASP, CSP, HSR, IRIS and graduates of many programs, StagersLIST provides collaboration for the entire industry, excluding no one. Filling in the gaps and differentiation is not unique to any one program. Every person in business has gaps or business goals where they wish to take it to another level and excel, StagersLIST Expo is here to provide those opportunities.

"The feedback and testimonials have been validating, our attendees say it better than we could", says Terrylynn, also owner of StagersLIST. Karen Eubank, Eubank Staging, writer for Examiner.com, Houston Texas 2009 Expo says "StagersLIST Expo provides a wonderful opportunity to connect...acquire knowledge from leading professionals in the industry and of course have a lot of fun! The Expo prompted me to examine my business from a different perspective and challenged me to broaden my outlook." Laurie Calhoun, Gloria Home Staging, (Susan Smith and Laurie Calhoun) Orlando, Florida Expo 2009 says "you have inspired us (in many ways). Thanks for being such a good teacher and encourager, and for coming to Orlando to spread the word!"

While others pull back in this challenging economy, those businesses that remain visible will increase market share. The perception of the customer is "If they can make it during tough times, they must be good at what they do." So, "Don't Just Survive, Thrive" and join fellow professionals at an Expo in a nearby city. Expo 2010 Calendar will be up before the end of the year.
