Xulon book vows it is never too late to call on Him and start over

In today's society, so many people are living in deplorable conditions, and they do not see a way out of their dilemma. That was true of author Carolyn Lucas Best, who put her faith in God to guide her through the difficult times in her life and was given the strength to face each day with grace and confidence. In Sonlight for Living ($10.99, paperback, 978-1-61579-217-7), the author's new release from Christian self-publisher Xulon Press, she reveals the heartfelt true account of how she experienced God's presence, both literally and figuratively, to meet every need in every situation.

Says Best, "The power of God is real and available to you. He will intervene to give you strength to face every situation. No matter how heartbreaking the situations are in your life, God can give you peace and use it for good. When we allow God to fulfill the purpose for which He created us, He will do whatever is necessary to complete this purpose. We will have to live with consequences of past choices, but it is never too late to call on God and start over."

In her 36 years as a healthcare administrator, Best lived by the philosophy of always doing the right thing. This philosophy has allowed God to always place her "in the right place with the right people at the right time to accomplish His will for me," the author explains. "He will do the same thing for everyone."

Carolyn Lucas Best lives with her husband, Doug, and family in Durham, North Carolina.
