AspireHR University expands into the virtual classroom.

AspireHR University has expanded its project team training program to include a virtual classroom offering, according to Steve Horn, Director of Training for AspireHR.

In today's economy, many companies do not have the travel budget to send their employees to non-local SAP project team training and yet they have critical training needs that must be met. Virtual classroom training is an economical alternative that addresses this issue as it eliminates the expenses and hassles of travel and allows for flexible classroom schedules.

AspireHR University now offers virtual live classroom training sessions that cover the same content and are taught by the same expert instructors as the "in person" sessions, but can be attended by students from any computer anywhere in the world through an Internet connection. This connection allows the student to join the live classroom environment, interact with instructor and other students in real time, and perform hands-on exercises in the University's live training systems and/or portals. Students can interact live with the instructor and other students throughout the course. The University also provides students of virtual classes with access to live SAP systems from start to finish of the courses (including after-hours access).

"The expansion of the AspireHR University program to the virtual classroom setting is a leap forward in both return on investment and convenience," said Joe Hillesheim, Founding Partner at AspireHR. "AspireHR has a reputation for service and delivery and the University builds on that specialization."

In an effort to accommodate student schedules, the University offers multiple virtual class scheduling options that allow students to either complete their virtual course by attending consecutive daily sessions within a one week period or by attending several sessions that are spaced out of over a multi-week period. After registration is completed, students will receive color copies of the course manuals and other training materials that will be used during the virtual classroom sessions.

Steve Horn, Director of Training at the University states that "We want to be responsive to the needs of our customers and this virtual classroom offering provides another learning option for them. Our goal at AspireHR University is to provide our SAP HR customers with as many educational options as possible to meet their unique project team and end user training needs. This is another major step forward in continuing to meet this goal. We are very passionate about SAP HR training at the University and this new program builds on this passion."

The AspireHR University project team training curriculum includes courses covering a wide range of SAP HR topics including SAP HR Master Data Configuration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Personnel Development, Compensation Management, E-Recruitment (EHP-4), and ESS/MSS, among others. The University will offer both virtual classroom and "in person" sessions for these courses. The "in person" sessions will be held at the AspireHR's campus in the Dallas area. Additionally, these courses can also be delivered onsite at customer facilities to provide further convenience to AspireHR clients.
