Doxim OEMs Informatica B2B Transformation Engine

Integration Of Informatica's Leading Transformation Engine Improves Parsing of Data From Major Banking Platforms

Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) September 24, 2009 -- Doxim Inc., a leading provider of web-based e-presentment, archival and e-statement solutions for financial service institutions across North America , today announced that it has become an OEM partner to Informatica Corporation, the world's number one independent leader of data integration software for its Informatica B2B Transformation Engine. It will be integrated with the Doxim Business Process Manager (Doxim BPM).

The Informatica B2B Transformation Engine is designed to take output from a wide variety of banking platforms and convert it to XML. This XML data can then be processed by the Doxim BPM, which is designed to streamline the end-to-end process of collecting and marshalling files and data from core financial systems for document composition, conversion, output and routing.

"After an extensive review of potential partners, Informatica emerged as our clear favorite", said Martin Day, VP Operations at Doxim . "The Informatica B2B Transformation Engine is already the product of choice for many tier one financial institutions and their service bureau partners and certainly delivers the best feature set for our specific needs. Informatica has also proved to be a really great partner to work with from an OEM perspective."

"Informatica is pleased that Doxim selected its B2B Transformation Engine for their data parsing needs," said Harry Gould, senior vice president, Worldwide Alliances, Informatica. "The Doxim Business Process Manager is a great solution for service bureaus and we believe the integration will be seen as a real plus by Doxim BPM customers."

By tightly integrating Informatica's world-class parsing/data mapping engine with Doxim BPM, Doxim service bureau partners now have access to a feature-rich and class leading platform that addresses all of their content processing needs. Benefits resulting from the integration include:

  • Improved speed of conversion for multiple different file types
  • Faster data conversion
  • Faster job throughput
  • Improved error reporting
  • Reduced time to production for new customers
  • Greater flexibility in managing the daily prioritization imperatives of a service bureau
  • Access to all the great functionality offered by Doxim BPM

The Doxim BPM with Informatica integration, which is now called Doxim BPM Gold, interfaces seamlessly with Doxim ECM, a comprehensive web-based Enterprise Content Management and e-presentment platform that enables service bureau customers to capture, store, search and retrieve all internal and external facing documents, including, statements, reports, client records, cheque images and transaction records.
