Kinetix will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in manufacturing, operations, research, technology, accounting, sales, and customer service for Suniva, a manufacturer of high-power, low-cost monocrystalline silicon solar cells, and solar modules.
The partnership agreement will leverage Kinetix's proven recruiting processes, talent database, optimized approach to pre-hire assessments, and onboarding. In addition, Suniva will gain access to the Kinetix Talent Center, a scalable set of resources dedicated to specialized sourcing and recruiting. Kinetix will also provide recruiting resources on site for ongoing and committed support.
