Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney"), the international publishing, events and data business, has purchased ("REITcafe"), a leading provider of news, data and podcasts for REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) investors.

REITcafe was founded in 2005 by Anatole Pevnev. Before REITcafe, it was difficult for many investors to get access to REIT executives and top industry analysts to help them make investment decisions. REITcafe provides a venue where investors can hear directly from the individuals that drive this industry. It is the primary website for global REIT information and analysis.

"The growth of REITcafe as an information resource for global investors has been gratifying for me," commented Anatole Pevnev, "and I am very confident that the additional resources that Institutional Investor brings to it will enhance REITcafe's value and importance to all REIT and real estate investors."

REITcafe has more than 6,000 registered users and an archive of over 200 podcasts. In addition to its exclusive podcast content, REITcafe provides easy access to more than 60 quarterly earnings calls, as well as unique industry data and analysis, an industry specific news feed, and a popular weekly newsletter.

The acquisition of REITcafe is consistent with Euromoney's strategy acquiring complementary niche information businesses. REITcafe will work closely with Real Estate Finance & Investment, a leading subscription newsletter published by Institutional Investor. "The acquisition will enhance Real Estate Finance & Investment's existing coverage of REITs and provide a platform to continue to build both products under the same expert editorial team," said Nicholas Ferris, Publisher of Real Estate Finance & Investment. "Anatole has done a magnificent job in building a strong brand and loyal following, and we look forward to continue working with Anatole and building upon his success."

REITcafe will continue to publish its acclaimed podcasts and earnings calls and will develop additional products and data sources to enhance the service.
