Leading chiropractic college sponsors OTZ Health Education Systems doctors' professional training curriculum for state CE certification.

The One-To-Zero (OTZ) Health Education Systems ( frozen shoulder syndrome diagnosis and treatment curriculum developed by Dr. Francis X. Murphy is being sponsored by Dallas-based Parker College of Chiropractic for 12 hours of professional Continuing Education (CE). The OTZ curriculum, which is taught to doctors via live and online video instruction, has been accredited or is in the process of receiving accreditation in all 50 United States. The OTZ curriculum is based on nearly three years of research and hundreds of positive patient outcomes and encompasses a broad range of subject matter including neurological and nutritional components as well as chiropractic, soft-tissue, physical therapy, and practice management components. Published in August 2009, The 300-page OTZ Physician's Training Manual addresses all aspects of frozen shoulder syndrome diagnosis and treatment and supports effective comprehension with 40 full-page color digital anatomy plates and other helpful learning aids. The OTZ training manual also reveals insights and statistical analyses of other neurological conditions that are related to frozen shoulder syndrome (FSS), such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease.

In addition to attending the live class, OTZ attendees have access to the online OTZ Continuing Education Center (CEC). Launched September 1, the CEC is a unique Web-based video portal that delivers the complete OTZ curriculum, including clinical patient studies and hands-on training exercises, to doctors in high-quality, on-demand video and audio. Online content is protected by secure login and is made available only to class attendees in support of live training and certification as well as ongoing patient treatment and research by OTZ Certified Providers.

OTZ treats clinical cases of Frozen Shoulder Syndrome patients enrolled in the OTZ research program at no cost. Cases are videotaped and presented live at the Dallas, Texas OTZ professional CE class to doctors seeking OTZ clinical competency certification.
