Hallmark Insights builds upon its current online incentive solution for corporate clients. The Immediate Rewards product provides "right now" delivery of an award to a recipient for completion of online activity on client-hosted site.

In addition to immediate delivery, the value of choice and flawless fulfillment, Hallmark Insights is now able to deliver awards directly to participants on the webpage they are currently viewing instead of having to rely upon an email address.

Hallmark Insights, a business incentive services provider in Minneapolis, has launched Immediate Rewards™, the latest in their portfolio of product offerings for corporate clients. Immediate Rewards helps to increase participation in wellness and employee recognition programs through "right now" delivery of an award to a recipient upon completion of an online activity on a client-hosted (or client partner-hosted) user site.

Reducing the time-to-reward adds another advantage to the Hallmark Insights offering. "In addition to immediate delivery, the value of choice and flawless fulfillment, Hallmark Insights is now able to deliver awards directly to participants on the webpage they are currently viewing instead of having to rely upon an email address. " The Immediate Rewards product is particularly useful for our clients who have had issues with firewalls and e-mail address validity," states Amy Quinn Dahlen, product development manager for Hallmark Insights. "Immediate Rewards delivery through the client's portal eliminates undeliverable e-mails."

The Immediate Rewards process works by generating and delivering awards to a participant who completes an activity hosted by a client. Activity examples include completing a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) as part of a Health & Wellness program or completing a survey or quiz as part of an Employee Recognition program. "Once the qualifying activity is completed," explains Dahlen, "Hallmark Insights receives an order request through a real time order placed via web services from the client and we generate and deliver an award tracking number via a web service response." The participant then is presented the award link and is able to click the link and redeem their award. The entire process is completed during the time it takes to move from the activity webpage to the confirmation webpage.

As experts in employee recognition since 1990, Hallmark Insights offers incentive solutions that show a deep understanding of how to motivate people. Increasing employee engagement in recognition programs has long been a big part of what Hallmark Insights delivers. Motivating employees to achieve corporate objectives naturally extends itself to engaging employees and their dependents to participate in health risk assessments and lifestyle/disease management programs. As more companies seek to create a corporate culture of health, participation in wellness programs becomes more important as both a benefit to corporate employees and as a positive impact to the company's bottom line. Immediate Rewards is ideal for those companies looking to drive increased results and participation in their employee recognition and wellness programs.
