Honolulu, HI (PRWEB) September 24, 2009
To empower more women to gain financial freedom, Kim Kiyosaki will launch a new Rich Woman Guide to Phenomenal Success (GPS) at a special one-time event on Oct 9th in Honolulu, Hawaii. Kim Kiyosaki explains, "You cannot be a financially secure and Rich Woman if you don't understand the numbers." Knowledge is the new money, and these new interactive exercises will increase the financial confidence of the attendees. This groundbreaking system is designed to help you:
- Identify and achieve your dreams
- Think differently about money and yourself
- Organize your investments
- Clarify your investment philosophy
- Take practical steps towards financial independence
Here is a sneak preview of some of the GPS system exercises that Kim Kiyosaki will review at this Bringing Out the Rich Woman in You event in Oahu.
1. Cashflow is Queen
"Cashflow is Queen" will help attendees understand the vocabulary behind money and investing. Kiyosaki will cover Capital Gains versus Cashflow, Assets versus Liabilities, Return on Investment and a quiz to test your knowledge. Many people are confused about cash flow, and this exercise will define it more clearly with examples.
2. Financial Statement
As part of the Cashflow Game that will be played at this event, attendees will fill out a Financial Statement to track income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Players will learn the difference between earned income and passive income. Once their passive income exceeds their expenses, they can get out of the daily rat race of working for a paycheck. After the event, attendees will be encouraged to complete the Financial Statement with their real numbers to take charge of their money and their life.
3. Real Deal Example Worksheets
Real deal example worksheets will help attendees compile and review the numbers in order to determine if something is a good deal or a bad deal. Kiyosaki explains, "We're going to make it very simple. We're going to actually look at investment opportunities and learn how to analyze them, and you'll be surprised how simple it is."
Kiyosaki is a financial education advocate for women. She expands on this Honolulu event, "We're going to focus on developing a healthy mindset around money. What worked for our grandparents and parents may not be the best. In these economic times, we all need a healthy mindset when it comes to money and investing because times have changed." To increase your Financial IQ and see more of Kim's new GPS investment system, we hope you will join us on October 9th.
