Preferred Market Solutions has signed into a reseller agreement to provide loyalty and gift card services with Finbarr Malone and Associates, operating out of Kildare, Ireland.

Preferred Market Solutions has signed into a reseller agreement with Finbarr Malone and Associates, operating out of Kildare, Ireland. Under this agreement, Finbarr Malone and Associates has introduced a new loyalty and gift card program called Customer Connect.

"This is in response to the dramatic change in consumer mindset in Ireland today", said Finbarr Malone, Director, Finbarr Malone and Associates. "Customer Connect is an exciting company working with businesses to grow repeat visits from existing customers and, we have a provable format to do this" said Finbarr.

"With the addition of Finbarr Malone's company, we have been able to continue our growth, not just within the US and Canada, but abroad as well", said Brett Perlman, managing partner, Preferred Market Solutions. "This is a very exciting time for our company, we have a very strong presence both here in the US and in Canada, with the addition of Finbarr Malone and Associates, we'll be able to dramatically increase our reach internationally."

Customer Connect has already been able to make major inroads within Ireland. Utilizing Preferred Market Solutions Multi Merchant configuration, Finbarr has received great interest from local chamber of commerce's who are specifically looking for a means to combat large chain type operations.

"Our Multi Merchant setup is a perfect way to allow independent retailers to work together," said Brett. "Utilizing a common loyalty and gift card, independent merchants can reward their own customers; employ a community gift card and have the ability to directly market to each of their own unique customers using our built-in automated promotion manager".

Having already signed multiple merchants, Customer Connect has positioned itself squarely in the middle, providing both small and large companies alike the tools necessary to help insure their success both today and into the future.

"As the overall market continues to flounder, the old ways of doing business just are not good enough" said Brett. "Today, you must stay in the forefront with new and exciting alternatives to the way you do business. Companies both here and abroad are facing very similar problems; lacking the tools necessary to drive both old and new traffic back to their stores. Preferred Market Solutions gives companies both large and small a way to reinvent themselves and compete in the "new" economy."
