Australia's top students and future leaders will meet once again this weekend for the third annual S4S National Leadership Conference which is to be held 26th - 27th September at The University of Wollongong. Among this year's speakers will be Red Giraffe Recruitment and Search director Preetha Shekar who will discuss how graduates can maximise their performance through the job application process.

Red Giraffe specialises in training graduates and students in how to improve their performance through the job application process and despite this years change in economic factors has still managed to maintain a fill rate of 98% across all permanent positions since inception, a success rate that goes unmatched by most other recruitment agencies.

"The National Leadership Conference is a fantastic initiative for the next generation of leaders," says Preetha. "Red Giraffe's aim at the conference is to provide students and graduates with the opportunity to gain practical insights into how they can ultimately increase their worth when hunting for a job and protect themselves from what can be a testing process."

"We encourage students to attend such conferences as the knowledge imparted is invaluable," she says.

Preetha is one of several keynote speakers invited to participate in this year's conference which is broadly aimed at giving tertiary students the chance to explore aspects of leadership, to develop skills and knowledge, and to interact with accomplished individuals from across Australia. Other keynote speakers will span a range of industries, and topics discussed with cover environmental and humanitarian issues, career development, leadership, social entrepreneurship and networking.
