Renowned author and retreat leader Joseph Dispenza ("God On Your Own") facilitates a Silent Retreat at the Benedictine Monastery in Atotonilco, Mexico, a few miles from enchanting San Miguel de Allende. October 20-24.

"In our media-saturated world, what we may need most is simple silence," says author Joseph Dispenza. "Our days are made up of noise, whether from the TV or the Internet, or even from the over-dramatized situations that come up in the process of living."

"I designed this retreat as a 'fast' from talking and from hearing other people talk," Dispenza says. It is a chance to go deeper inside in order to get clear about who you really and and where you really want to go on your life's path."

The retreat is five days of silence alongside Mexican monks of the Benedictine Order.

Dispenza is the author of "God On Your Own: Finding a Spiritual Path Outside Religion," "On Silence," and many other books. He is the founder of LifePath Retreats in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
