First up is a famous festival on Oct. 23-24: the Goombay Festival in Key West, an exuberant street party that showcases island arts and crafts, music and food in the heart of the historic Bahama Village neighborhood. This event kicks off the 31st Annual Fantasy Fest, a ten-day celebration featuring costume competitions, street fairs and a grand parade from Oct. 23 through Nov. 1.
