The annual NHRMA conference is being deemed "Juggling the Generations," a theme that focuses on economic trends that are leading to four or even five different generations working together professionally, and the affects of that trend on human resources as an industry. General sessions include "HR And Change: What Comes Next for the HR Profession and for SHRM?," by Robb E. Van Cleave, SPHR, IPMA-CP, Chair, "Keeping the Fires Lit" by D.J. Eagle Bear Vanas, and "Motivation -- A Moving Target," by Mark Speckman.
In addition to the general sessions, the NHRMA conference will feature workshop tracks on recruitment and selection, risk management, global perspective, organizational development, strategic management, total rewards, and Native American - Native Alaskan Human Resource Management, a special track devoted to HR within the Native American community.
Hagel & Company will be participating in conference sessions as well as exhibiting in the tradeshow area that will be running concurrently with the conference.
