Caballo Negro Energy has finalized the terms of a distribution partnership with Dewmar International Brand Management Company, Inc., owner of the DSD Network, Inc. of Jackson, Mississippi.

The distribution agreement will make Caballo Negro 16 oz. available to energy drink consumers in more than 5,000 retail outlets including convenience stores and supermarkets in Nevada, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Arkansas.

For Caballo Negro Energy, which changed ownership and management in May, this new distribution partner represents the single largest expansion of the brand into major markets - a critical step forward in meeting the company's ambitious sales and operation goals for 2009.
