Zoom UK are celebrating their ten year anniversary this month. They have spent the last ten years working to become a leading call answering service, and hope to continue improving and expanding over the next ten years.

A decade ago, with only two Zoomettes and some telephones, Zoom UK began their call answering service. Those original Zoomettes are still working for Zoom, and the company has grown around them. A range of services have been introduced over the years to further assist businesses with their call handling needs, and Zoom UK have always made use of the latest technology, together with an ongoing program of training, to deliver the highest level of customer service.

From the very beginning, Zoom UK have worked to build a company which is fun to work for and where excellence is encouraged. A motivated team who treat each other with respect and honesty will naturally work harder to deliver exceptional customer service. This ethic resulted in them winning the "Action International Business of the Year" Award in 2006 for most improved company results over one year of coaching.

Zoom UK's Managing Director, Chella Heyes, recently commented about Zoom's progress over their first decade in business; "Ten years on and our passion for delivering outstanding customer service is as strong today as it was when we first started.
