We are thrilled to celebrate the first birthday of On Your Way by welcoming USC Credit Union to the program

TBA Marketing, the firm that offers the innovative On Your Way Gen-Y outreach program to credit unions nationwide, announced today that USC Credit Union of Los Angeles, California, recently enrolled as the 25th client of On Your Way on the program's one-year anniversary.

"We are thrilled to celebrate the first birthday of On Your Way by welcoming USC Credit Union to the program," said Ray Beauchamp, one of three managing partners in TBA Marketing. "Launching the program at this time last year presented a unique set of challenges, especially with a major economic downturn occurring just a few weeks later, but we've been very pleased with our progress in signing up clients across the country over the past year. USC Credit Union serves one of the most prestigious universities in the nation, so it seems especially appropriate that they became our 25th client on the one-year anniversary of the program."

On Your Way helps credit unions of all sizes provide high quality financial education to their Gen-Y members, typically defined as between 18 and 30 years of age. The program has clients as small as $23 million in total assets and as large as $1.8 billion. Unlike most third-party programs, On Your Way blends in seamlessly with the credit union's existing brand and provides numerous ways to personalize website content. Clients can post an unlimited number of their own news items, links, and special offers on the site using a simple interface that is similar to composing an email message. The end result is that On Your Way looks and feels like the credit union's very own program at a fraction of the cost.

"We're excited to be part of the program," said Michael Kim, vice president of student services for USC Credit Union. "On Your Way offers a unique approach to communicating with Generation-Y that matches the lifestyle and preferences of young adults. We're confident that it will help us accomplish our objectives in reaching out to this important demographic."

The credit union has also accepted an invitation from TBA Marketing to be part of the advisory board for On Your Way, a group that helps shape website content for the program and offers input on maximizing the appeal of On Your Way to young adults.
