Applied Predictive Technologies, Inc. (APT) today announced that Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Canada's largest financial institution, has signed an agreement for a three-year license of APT's Test & Learn Management System to enhance operational management across its Canadian retail branch network.
RBC chose APT's Test & Learn software suite after an initial pilot, during which in-market tests were conducted to evaluate a variety of distribution operations strategies, including capital investment decisions and operations.
