Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 2, 2009
Anteo Group, a specialized technology consulting and recruiting company has been named by Atlanta's leading business publication, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, to its coveted list "Best Places to Work." Anteo Group ranked No. 6 on the 2009 list of "Atlanta's Best Places to Work" for small companies. This is the sixth consecutive year that Anteo Group has received this recognition.
"The most important recognition a company can earn is that of their employees - and the fact we have been included in the Atlanta business Chronicle's "Best Places to Work" list for six of the last seven years since we opened our doors is a tribute to the culture and community that we have at Anteo Group," says Lynn Perry, Director of Business Operations for Anteo Group. "This year nearly 500 companies and organizations were nominated, nearly double the 256 nominated last year - making our #6 ranking even sweeter."
"In a company like ours, the most valuable asset we have is our employee. The Anteo Group culture is really the sum total of each individual employee's contribution. Our customers, partners and competitors alike appreciate the caliber and commitment of the people of Anteo Group," states Rob Prinzo, Vice President and Principal of Anteo Consulting, the professional services division of Anteo Group. "We are proud to be among the best employers in Atlanta."
The Atlanta Business Chronicle, partnering with Quantum Workplace, surveyed the metro area's businesses and organizations to identify those among Atlanta's best places to work. In June 2009, more than 500 companies were nominated. Employees at each organization were asked to complete an online survey from early July through mid-August containing questions regarding their work environment, co-workers and management teams. Quantum used analytical tools to rank the top employers in three categories: the top 10 in the large category (501 employees or more), the top 25 in the medium category (101 to 500 employees) and the top 25 in the small category (10 to 100 employees). A complete list of the 2009 "Best Places to Work" can be found in the Sept. 25 issue of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Earlier this year, Anteo group was recognized for the third year in a row by Inc. Magazine's 2009 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Privately-held Companies in America. The 2009 Inc. 5000 List measures revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. Anteo Group's revenue grew 207.9% from 2005 to 2008. Anteo Group was recognized on the 2007 and 2008 Inc. 5000 Lists as well. Anteo Group is ranked 1,530 on the 2009 Inc. 5000 List, making it the 15th fastest growing, privately held IT Services company in Georgia.
