Buck Consultants, Pittsburgh's largest employee benefits consulting firm, recently hired Norm Kerr as a principal in its Health and Productivity practice.
Kerr, a 25-year insurance and healthcare industry veteran with 19 years spent in benefits consulting, most recently worked as a senior healthcare consultant and principal in the health and welfare practice of Mercer's Pittsburgh office. At Buck, Kerr is responsible for providing clients with strategic consulting services that address complex benefit issues.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with both a business and accounting degree, Kerr lives in North Huntingdon, Pa. with his family. A father of four including 13-year-old triplets, Kerr is a coach for both the traveling Norwin soccer club and basketball association as well as baseball coach for the Police Athletic League of North Huntingdon.
