Syndication Networks Corporation (SNC), the Chicago-based radio syndication company founded by Chris Witting, has announced three staff promotions due to the company's growth and expansion.

Judith Barahal has been promoted to Vice President, Affiliate Relations. Barahal has been with the company for eight years and was formerly Senior Director of Affiliate Relations.

Randy Meyer has been promoted to Vice President, Operations. Meyer was formerly Operations Manager of the company since he joined it six years ago.

Dave Olson has been promoted to Senior Production Director, moving up from Production Director.
Olson has been with the company for two years.
