Artists Launch New Original Art Website and Joy of Art Blog

Share Article is the brainchild of several artists including website founder Harry Carlip, and is fast becoming the premier online destination for art collectors, art enthusiasts, designers and decorators looking for unique pieces at affordable prices. The website features art from a number of talented artists, which will be discussed more in-depth on the website's new blog.

Every piece on the website is original, and each holds its own life force.

When Harry Carlip launched, his foremost desire was to present art in a way that anyone could appreciate how personal and fun art can be.

"Collecting art is often seen as a prestigious and expensive process that is only for the wealthy, educated and social elite," said Carlip. "I want to change that perception, and bring art to everyone, as well as teach them how it can be appreciated in their homes and offices."

On Carlip's website, visitors will find a broad selection of original art pieces from accomplished artists Elizabeth Harrison and Lesley Philipps. More artists will add their contributions to the website in the future.

"Right now we offer acrylic, oil and water color art, but in the future we can see the website expanding to offer sculpture, other styles and modalities," said Carlip. "We also plan to have pieces from a variety of different artisans."

In order to help others appreciate the original art pieces available on his website, Carlip created a new blog at

"On the blog, I want to talk about the whole process of purchasing and collecting art, and how to make that art come alive in the home," said Carlip. "The best kind of art never grows old or boring. It works if just passing by the art stimulates an emotion or fond memory and continues to contribute to the quality of life."

Carlip and the artists that contribute to his website believe the most unique features of the website is the scope of the artists, because their view of art is creative rather than commercial. "Elizabeth and Lesley create art for posterity, not for prosperity, and it is their creative drive that makes all the art we offer unique," said Carlip. "Every piece on the website is original, and each holds its own life force."

First time art collectors and even those with a passing interest in art will find the perfect place to add to their collection, and learn how art can change their lives.
