Perceptum Group Announces New Situational Leadership V Series

Company expands its management development service offering with the addition of Situational Leadership V™ series to its portfolio.

San Francisco, Calif. (PRWEB) October 2, 2009 -- Perceptum Group, LLC announced today the introduction of its new Situational Leadership V (SLV) series specifically for biotech and specialty pharma companies. The new series includes Situational Leadership V™, Situational Self Leadership and Advanced Situational Leadership V™.

In Situational Leadership V the Perceptum Group expands upon Hersey and Blanchard's models to now include five developmental levels and leadership styles. Participants are taught to use emotional intelligence concepts, conflict management techniques, and effective communication strategies to facilitate application of situational leadership. Situational Self Leadership teaches life sciences sales representatives, whose time is primarily spent in the field by themselves, on how to acquire the ability to be "self leaders." Advanced Situational Leadership V provides sales managers practical leadership tools they can use to accelerate a sales representative's development from enthusiastic beginner to peak performer.

Perceptum customizes each SLV program to the specific products, market space and sales culture of its biotech and specialty pharma clients. "Delivering programs that are relevant to our life sciences clients by utilizing client-specific, field-based situations greatly enhances the value and effectiveness in achieving desired short and long-term behaviors" said Don Wright, Perceptum's Vice President of Business Development. "The SLV series will provide life sciences companies a common leadership framework throughout their entire organization."
