Sheldon S. Lustigman is the founder of The Lustigman Firm, P.C. For over 40 years, he has concentrated in advertising law, promotional marketing law, and regulatory matters. He enjoys an excellent reputation with many regulatory agencies throughout the country and frequently handles litigation brought by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
