Results of recent poll show companies are ramping up instructor led training

But the message is clear; our customers are budget-conscious companies demanding high quality training without the high-cost price tag

TrainingMade reported that 85% of the companies surveyed said they are experiencing an increased demand for in-house instructor led training and of those, 75% said their budgets have not increased.

Specifically, poll respondents told TrainingMade they are using internal training as one of the tools to improve employee engagement. Companies also reported reining in costly external programs in favor of tailored in-house training solutions.
