The TIFFANY® Division is accepting applications for its 2009 training and facilitation course. This division educates women in the technique of facilitation instruction and training others in areas of developmental need. Women are empowered with the skills necessary to address the internal developmental challenges within their community-based and -driven organizations.

(ELI) is accepting applications for the 2009 Training in Facilitation; Fostering A New You (TIFFANY)® Course. The TIFFANY® Division educates women in the technique of facilitation instruction and training others in various areas of developmental need. Women are empowered with the skills necessary to address the internal developmental challenges within their community-based and -driven organizations. TIFFANY® takes a systematic approach in teaching the components of training, as well as incorporates a customized practicum to apply comprehensive study with front line, hands-on experience. The course is offered live and via webinar.

ELI is a leadership training and development organization dedicated to the Total Empowerment of Women Everywhere®. Comprised of five core divisions, participants learn critical skills necessary to succeed in every setting. Each division is led and courses facilitated by professionals who have demonstrated success in their fields and areas of expertise.
