Customer Service Week is a national event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism. The free course is a preview of a new, larger library--the BLR Employee Training Center Customer Service Training Library--which will debut later this year. The Customer Service Training Library is designed to help educate frontline customer service personnel on the importance of providing the best possible service, and it will give them the skills to listen, understand, and creatively solve customer issues.
