Fitness Enthusiasts Launch New Home Exercise Web site and Blog

Web site founders Veronica and Patricia O'Connor are committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals, and have launched a new blog to discuss different fitness techniques that can help people get in shape.

Before the O'Connors founded, they often found themselves frustrated with their gym.

"When my sister Patricia and I first started working out at the gym, we soon found ourselves disappointed with the overall cost and inconvenience of it," said Veronica. "We were both getting up there in years, and we knew it was important to stay fit, so we decided to purchase home gym equipment, and have since had great results."

The O'Connors found it more convenient to workout at home than at the gym, and were inspired to create a home fitness Web site.

"Home gym equipment is ideal for people who don't have time to travel to and from the gym," said Veronica. "On our Web site, people will find weight benches, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, dumbbells and more."

While they already offer a huge selection of home gym equipment, they plan to expand their Web site in the near future. "I'm looking into Pilates equipment right now, and in the future I also want to offer nutritional items like energy bars and dietary supplements," said Veronica.

With the addition of a new blog at, they plan to discuss home gym equipment and how this equipment can help people strength train, lose weight and tone their bodies.

"Whatever your fitness goals are, it's important to have a plan because that makes the results come much faster," said Veronica. "On the blog we want to offer insights on what equipment and what exercises can help people achieve their fitness goals," she added.

The O'Connor's are firm believers that all people, regardless of age, should engage in some kind of exercise on a daily basis. "Science has proven that regular exercise can extend our lives and give us more youthful years," said Veronica. "It's important to exercise daily, even if that entails just walking for ten or fifteen minutes, it's still a start."
