Documents published in applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, PDFs, audio and video files, and even web links, can be uploaded and assigned as resources to employees. Once the resource is assigned, users will be able to acknowledge access and completion of the online resource viewed in the system. For example, this new tool provides a space in the LMS for compliance documents that participants need to view and recognize in order to be compliant with government regulations.
