It is not too late to take advantage of the federal tax credit of $8,000, which has helped so many already this year to be a part of the American dream of home ownership
Del Mar, CA (PRWEB) October 6, 2009
Prospective first-time homebuyers may be panicking right now knowing there are fewer than two months remaining to take advantage of the federal tax credit of $8,000. The good news is that builder Brookfield Homes currently offers a selection of new homes scheduled to close ahead of the Nov. 30 deadline.
"It is not too late to take advantage of the federal tax credit of $8,000, which has helped so many already this year to be a part of the American dream of home ownership," said Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing for Brookfield Homes San Diego/Riverside division (http://www.brookfieldsd.com). "Historically low interest rates also benefit the first-time buyer right now, making it even more affordable to buy a new home."
The builder also is offering buyers an additional $5,000 credit toward closing costs or upgrades, Heramb said. For the first-time buyer, this means $13,000 in incentives are now available.
