New EP from LITE Due Out This October

Tokyo-based instrumental post rock band, LITE are now preparing to release three of the tracks on a new EP titled Turns Red.

Japanese instrumental post rock group LITE spent time earlier this year during their first US tour to record a set of songs in Baltimore with J Robbins (Jawbox, Faraquet) and are now preparing to release three of the tracks on a new EP titled Turns Red on October. This release, which will be coming out on the band's label, I Want the Moon, represents a significant shift from their previous sound as they integrate synthesizers throughout.

At the end of October, LITE organizes music party, Parabolica Jam '09 in Tokyo where tera melos (from United States), Adebisi Shank (from Ireland), OVERGROUND ACOUSTIC UNDERGROUND will play.
