Since 1989, Mainbrace has completed more than 500 projects ranging in value from $500,000 to $40 million. This consists of a variety of projects including industrial, commercial, cemeteries, clubs, cinemas, fitouts and shopping centres.
The company has ten projects in hand, continuing to 'build the benchmark' for construction by providing its clientele with a reliable, dispute-free and rewarding construction experience. Currently, Mainbrace is working on the Holt Street, Surry Hills, project for AFM Developments, which is an $18 million strip and refurbishment of an existing commercial building into strata office suites, together with new Level 7 offices and complete facade restoration. Showcasing the company's diverse scale of projects is the $100,000 refurbishment of a Dick Smith Electronics store in Southport, Queensland.
As a preferred contractor of choice for a number of retail giants, Mainbrace takes pride in building relationships that last well beyond a project. "Over 85 per cent of business for our company is coming from repeat clients," mentions Greg Scott, Managing Director for Mainbrace. "This has enabled a revenue of approximately $160 million last year, a growth of around 25 per cent."
