Originating in 1962, Masterton Homes has grown into one of our nation's largest single family-owned-and-operated businesses, employing nearly 200 staff and over 1,200 contractors. From its humble beginnings in Western Sydney, Jim and his wife, Marjorie, are now responsible for the delivery of over 46,000 homes throughout New South Wales - ranging south as far as Bermagui, west to Muswellbrook in the Hunter, and as far north as Tea Gardens.

Masterton's business philosophy has always been based on being an affordable market option, and Jim notes that in financially trying times this serves both his company and his customers well.
