According to a survey conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 78 percent of private-industry employees receive paid vacation. Many of these organizations are manually keeping track of accrued and previously taken time off within spreadsheets. "Clients are impressed with the paid time off (PTO) tool and its ability to automate the processes associated with employees requesting and taking time off," stated Chris Ingoglia, President of CPC.
