AC Lens Makes BizRate Circle of Excellence for Customer Service for the 3rd Straight Year

AC Lens is awarded for superior online customer service by the BizRate rating service. Only 3% of all online retailers received the honor in 2009.

Shopzilla's BizRate® Research recognized ACLens.com as a winner of BizRate's 2009 Circle of Excellence Award. The award signifies outstanding online customer satisfaction.

In partnership with BizRate, AC Lens measures customer satisfaction through surveys made available at both the Point-of-Sale and after the delivery of goods - in order to accurately measure the online shopping experience and to monitor the store's post-transaction fulfillment performance. BizRate then reviews the scores annually for AC Lens, as well as the scores for over 5,000 online retailers, to determine award winners.

This year's win earns AC Lens the Biz Rate Circle of Excellence award for the 3rd consecutive year.
