Undercover Condoms earns customer service award for reaching several service benchmarks by BizRate Research. The Circle of Excellence Award is handed out annually to the highest rated online businesses.

Undercover Condoms announces that it has been recognized by BizRate® Research as a Circle of Excellence winner for 2009. This award recognizes those online merchants who exhibit outstanding online customer experiences.

In partnership with BizRate, Undercover Condoms measures customer satisfaction through surveys made available at both the Point-of-Sale and after the delivery of goods - in order to accurately measure the online shopping experience and to monitor the store's post-transaction fulfillment performance. This is the first year Undercover Condoms has earned the BizRate® Circle of Excellence award.
