Fans of world-class music have the opportunity to see some truly breathtaking performances at the 8th International Festival of Sacred Music and Art with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
Due to take place in the iconic Papal Basilicas of Rome, the event is set to be held between November 18th and 22nd and will be run in cooperation with Euro Via Festival 2009 and palatia Classic, the International Classic Music Festival of the Palatinate.
Hundred of year old, the Basilicas include the site where - according to ancient tradition - Peter the apostle both died has martyr's death and was subsequently buried.

The performance will take place on Sunday November 22nd at noon local time at the St. Ignatius Basilica and feature members of the Bayerischer Rundfunk Symphony Orchestra, which is based in Munich.
