This cost effective approach provides carriers with a strong business case for delivering broadband to more customers while maintaining the same budget.

Expanding Residential Broadband via the Wireline and Wireless Networks

Delivering broadband to Rural America requires DSLAM deployments near homes at very long distances from Central Offices. Offering high bandwidth services via new multimedia wireless devices also requires very high bandwidth to mobile sites. The Aktino product line from Positron delivers long reach backhaul solutions for both DSLAM and Mobile backhaul.
