ReadyPath launches amusement park mobile maps for the iPhone. New maps are the latest in series of pedestrian smart phone maps created by start-up company.

ReadyPath Inc., a new start up mobile map application company, launched its third mobile map application at CTIA IT Wireless 2009. The first Mobile Map company to provide walking maps for in-building and large venue locations such as amusement parks has now launched its iPhone application.

The patented, leading-edge viewer technology developed exclusively by ReadyPath already services Blackberry™ and Microsoft® Smart Phones, and just launched the first mobile walking maps for the iPhone. The new smart phone application downloads the maps and directories into phone memory, making it possible to use a map anytime without having to be online continuously. It is a great benefit when people are in a building that doesn't have wireless access.

ReadyPath Maps are surprisingly easy to pan and zoom. They give both the perspective and detail needed to quickly find and locate an event room or session. It even lets users find rides they may want to take at a local amusement park.

ReadyPath made the advanced maps program interactive with rich detail on local attractions, restaurants, room details - even where to get your morning Starbuck's coffee. For example, Blackberry and smart phone users can download and use the CTIA IT 2009 ReadyPath map today and try it out by visiting:

The new ReadyPath Advanced Maps for the iPhone include the following maps:

  •     DisneyLand®
  •     Universal Studios®
  •     Seaworld®
  •     LegoLand®

ReadyPath developed its smart phone map service to improve the map experience for visitors and attendees of in-building locations, large venue events and has been building its maps database for the past year. There are over 250 maps in their basics maps database that are available to customers to download and use today. iPhone users can purchase the maps for .99 cents and the viewer is free with the purchase.
