NAS announces promotions, expands talent strategy expertise

NAS Recruitment Communications announced two significant promotions today. Anne Lynnette Gallas in the San Antonio office and Jennifer Henley in Baltimore, currently Directors, Business Development, will add the role of Talent Strategist, a position that reflects the recruitment solutions leader's commitment to effective consultative client services.

Anne Lynnette Gallas in the San Antonio office and Jennifer Henley in Baltimore, currently Directors, Business Development, will add the role of Talent Strategist, a position that reflects the recruitment solutions leader's commitment to effective consultative client services.

Anne Lynnette Gallas holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from The University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio and has served NAS clients throughout the Central & South Texas region. Having spent the last thirteen years as a recruitment strategy consultant for both Fortune 500 and small start-up companies, her expertise in employment brand architecture and human capital management helps define and shape an organization's Employment Value Proposition in the marketplace. She is adept at building world-class recruitment/retention strategies and is able to provide key insight on methods for attracting top-tier talent in even the most competitive labor markets. A featured industry keynote speaker on Employment Branding, Gallas has been successful in shaping the employment brand strategy for many prominent employers in San Antonio, Austin, Houston and El Paso. She has achieved numerous professional accolades throughout her NAS career, including "Director of the Year" for the past two years. Her clients, too, have achieved numerous external Employment Brand awards due to their partnership with NAS.

Jennifer Henley joined NAS in 2001 as an Account Executive. Since 2003, she has overseen all accounts in the Baltimore/Washington office covering Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and Delaware. In the past three years, Henley has partnered with a wide range of companies, including large healthcare organizations, educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies such as Freddie Mac. She was named NAS Director of the Year for 2006, and is currently pursuing her PHR designation. A graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Journalism/Advertising and a concentration in Business Administration, Henley is a member of the Maryland Association of Healthcare Recruiters (MAHRA), Washington Metropolitan Recruiters Association (WMHRA), AAAA, plus the Staffing Alliance of Virginia Employers (S.A.V.E.) and Staffing Alliance of Maryland Employers (S.A.M.E.).
