With this menu we provide the finest food at affordable prices and are delighted to participate in an event which showcases the area so positively.
Vancouver, BC (Vocus) October 9, 2009 -
Goldfish Pacific Kitchen introduces a three course menu to set taste buds alight at an inexpensive price and for a limited time. The ubiquitous restaurant will offer a $35 deal from October 15 to 31, 2009 as part of Taste of Yaletown - a celebration of food in the chic neighbourhood with more than 20 participatory restaurants.
Adding Pacific Rim twists to West Coast dishes, Executive Chef William Tse will serve up bold plates for a fraction of standard prices, encouraging even more food lovers to experience the original dishes. The menu brims with fresh herbs and unexpected flourishes as found in Goldfish’s signature toast & jam - triangles of crispy shrimp with tuna compote. Each item combines a comfort of the traditional with complex, subtle tastes found in dishes such as the Hoisin & Sake Glazed Sablefish and Lemongrass Braised Beef Short Ribs.
“We are extremely proud of our restaurant, and want to share it with as many people as possible,” explains Andrea Maglajlija, Marketing Manager. “With this menu we provide the finest food at affordable prices and are delighted to participate in an event which showcases the area so positively.”
On Wednesday, October 21, Goldfish will donate 10 per cent of its total food sales to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, so diners can eat with the knowledge they are not the only one receiving sustenance from the meal.
