Survival Insurance Expands its Customer Service When Others Go Bankrupt in the Discount Auto Insurance Industry

With companies struggling to stay a float during these tough times customer service is becoming the deciding factor in customers purchasing decisions.

Survival Insurance is running with its new slogan "Its all about you", which translates into an all new customer service area that is handling all of Survival Insurance's clients. The "All about you" campaign was started in September with a bang in the Los Angeles area and has since shown a large amount of success in new insurance business and resigned clients.

Approximately 70% of customers hit the road not because of price or product quality issues, but because they did not like the human side of doing business with the provider of the product or service. Research conducted by The Forum Corporation supports this fact and indicates that 45% of these customers said they switched to another company because the attention they did receive was poor in quality.
