Grapevine, TX (PRWEB) October 10, 2009
Ideal Impact, Inc. (http://www.idealimpactinc.com) has added another church to its quickly growing roster of faith-based clients seeking to generate funds through energy savings dollars. Located in Irving, Texas, Meadowbrook Baptist Church is the company's fourth Christian organization to serve since launching in March.
"Unlike other energy service companies, we are currently focusing our sales efforts on churches and other Christian organizations throughout Texas," states Ideal Impact CEO Wes McDaniel, noting the company has also signed energy savings contracts with Bill Glass Champions for Life and Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. "The money Meadowbrook Baptist Church will save on energy costs can be put to much better use within the church or for their missionary efforts."
The three-year Active Revenue Creation contract estimates the church, which encompasses 10,592 square feet, will save $1,727 annually through the implementation of a customized energy plan, as well as ongoing energy education training for the staff. Projected savings over a 15-year period is approximately $43,000. Most significantly, the contract required no upfront costs and the project is a positive cash flow.
"Although we are just beginning this process with Ideal Impact, we believe that God is using Wes and his crew to help churches in being good stewards of our resources," says Kevin Weathers, senior pastor at Meadowbrook Baptist Church. "The plan is moving along and we are excited about what God will do in this area."
Ideal Impact works with churches, schools, universities and commercial buildings in Texas with a minimum annual energy bill of $20,000. Led by a team of experienced professionals in the energy savings industry, Ideal Impact offers energy solutions for both buildings and personnel:
o Active Revenue Creation: Utilizing a five-step process, a customized plan is developed that reduces energy consumption while maintaining comfort. A positive cash flow from the start, there are no up front costs or lease-purchase/ loan to repay.
o Managing Energy Efficiency Services: With rising energy costs, aging facilities and outdated equipment, the opportunities to save energy and money are abundant. Comprehensive or individual energy conservation measures - including control systems and lighting retrofits - can be implemented quickly.
o Reducing Energy Costs: By implementing energy reduction solutions and energy education programs, we teach buildings, personnel and occupants to become energy smart and environmentally aware.
Founded March 2, 2009, Ideal Impact's mission is well-defined: to help commercial businesses, public entities and worship facilities reduce energy consumption and create a new revenue source; to help clients use resources wisely and efficiently; and to have a positive impact on the environment.
